Due Diligence for Investors

CGC employs the same due diligence in evaluating investment candidates used by the most important investment firms and banks. Before CGC engages a client, we conduct extensive research regarding the feasibility and economics of investing in a company in order to mitigate the risk to the investment community prior to the engagement. We determine the true value of each prospective company, analyze the backgrounds of management executives, examine revenue growth, perform industry specific due diligence, as well as research on other comparable companies in that sector. We assess potential profitability and examine the company’s history in order to determine if the company meets our standards for success.
